I went to Pullen Park with Amu this week. There’s a new statue of Andy Griffith and that kid who played Opie over there. Fun day in the park.

Moving Violation
Well, there it is. Something different. Something darker. Something with some (graphics). Enjoy it while it lasts. I really don’t like it.

Seeking
Maybe I’ve told you I’m graduating in December. Maybe I’ve mentioned that I don’t really have any plans after that. So, if you know of any job openings in software engineering, especially in the Florida/California/Manhattan/RDU area (okay, I’m not that picky), tip me off. Or, if your dad, like, owns a multinational corporation or something, just slip him a copy of my resume.
As a side note, I’m also accepting applications for a girlfriend. Act now while I’m unemployed and in low demand!
Happy Halloween
| So I took a quick run up and down the Franklin Street last night. I should have just watched a scary movie. Interesting things that happened? Two girls I met at a SpencerAcuff concert, both dressed as Tom Cruise from Risky Business accosted me. The guy wearing Daryl’s boots relieved himself on the sidewalk next to the aforementioned Daryl. And we got pretty lost looking for the street. Here’s a picture of a naked guy. Oh. The naked cowboy was there, too. | ![]() |

Unemployed
I’m really feeling a complete redesign. Encourage me. And this is completely your chance to tell me what doesn’t work about this layout for you. Like, is the text too small, the color not work on your throwback monochrome monitor, or anything like that….

Walt Disney’s Masterpiece
I watched Bambi tonight. Well, it’s not really the “most endearing animated tale about the beauty of nature and the miracle of life” that I’ve ever seen. In fact, it was kinda dumb. Sure, it was made in the 40’s and was probably pretty cool then. Anyhow, I’m sticking with the little Mermaid. Maybe I’ll dream about prancing tonight.

Cheers
I have such wonderful friends. Sometimes you don’t even realize it until you really need it. So if I don’t graduate this semester, I’ll be glad to hang out with such wonderful people a little while longer. I heart NC State.

Got a free hour?
Happy standard time again everybody! You now have one hour on loan until spring.
In unrelated news, the water smells funny. I did better with the calzone this morning than I did last night. (It was sooo good.) And I’ve spent a lot of time with Raphael (my computer) lately. He can do some pretty neat tricks now. Data transfer rate here is pretty slow. So we’re talking about 24 hours to copy 7GB from one drive to another and back. Additionally, Marfa Stokes rocks. And I still love it when the beat goes “da dum, da dum.”
So what’d you do with your free hour?
